Magister of Midwifery

The Midwifery Masters Program aims to produce graduates who are able to develop midwifery science and research through a digital transformation approach based on akhlakul karimah values. Graduate competencies are designed to meet the KKNI level 8 standards with the development of a comprehensive curriculum integrated with research results and community service. This curriculum is outlined in the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) to create an academic atmosphere that supports learning outcomes.

Featured Courses

The study program has excellent courses, such as Digital Intelligence, Al-Qur'an and Hadith, Akhlakul Karimah, Entrepreneurship, Management Information Systems, Digital Health Midwifery, and Islamic Perspective Midwifery Care Studies, which support the vision and mission of the Study Program, Faculty, and University. These courses contribute 30% to the overall curriculum, ensuring that graduates have excellence in midwifery practice and are ready to face future health challenges.

Curriculum

The curriculum is based on guidelines from Dikti, the Association of Indonesian Midwifery Education Institutions (AIPKIND), and OBE policies according to Rector's Decree No. 207/UAP.RK/DI/KR/IX/2021. The learning methods applied include Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Case Method, which are integrated with the results of research and community service of lecturers and students. This approach produces recognized work at the national and international levels.

The development of the academic atmosphere is carried out periodically through collaboration with the Business World and the Industrial World of Work (DUDIKA), public lecture activities, expert lectures, and professor visits. The study program also organizes international seminars and conferences with stakeholders to discuss current issues in midwifery and health. In addition, students are encouraged to broaden their horizons by taking scientific studies at foreign universities.

With this strategy, the Master of Midwifery Program ensures that graduates are not only of high quality but also able to make significant contributions to the development of midwifery practice and answer global challenges in the future.
